Was gifted this wallet by my wife a few years back and absolutely loved it until it started showing a good amount of wear and tear since I keep my keys in the same pocket. I contacted Ridge, sent some pics and with almost no hesitation, they sent me a new one, absolutely free of charge. This company stands behind their product!
But what impressed me most was that they were in constant contact with me regarding the warranty process. No bots, no AI, real humans. Cant't put a price on that these days. I highly recommend Ridge products.
