The entire process start to finish has been great with Ridge… They also have amazing customer service and are very tentative to their customers from what I have experienced. The issue was on my end where I was trying to find the correct size and type and color and they were there to support me the entire way. It really is a journey picking out one of these rings, and they were with me for the entire journey all the way through.
