YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU BUY FROM US IN THE EU
Your legal guarantee
Everything we sell in the EU comes with the legal guarantee of conformity. It lasts a minimum of two years from delivery and it is free. It applies whether or not we also offer a commercial guarantee, and it is not affected by anything in our own warranty terms.
If something you bought from us does not match its description, or does not work the way it should, you can ask us to repair or replace it at no cost to you. If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
Some EU countries give you a longer period than two years. Your rights in your own country are summarised on the EU's Your Europe portal: europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees
How to make a claim
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Include your order number or another proof of purchase. A receipt, an invoice, or a bank statement all work.

We also offer our own warranties. These are commercial guarantees. They are voluntary, they come from us rather than from EU law, and they do not replace or reduce the legal guarantee described above.
