I received a ridge wallet as a Christmas gift and had an issue with a stripped retaining screw. I filed an online warrantee claim and received a brand new replacement within 10 days. This level of customer service these days is rare and I commend Ridge for their commitment to the customer. Thank you.

I have had excellent customer service/warranty coverage on my existing Ridge Carbon wallet. Though I am very satisfied with my warranty covered wallet, I do not like the money strap compared to the old money clip.

Like other minimalist wallets, you have to get used to the particular way of taking and returning cards inside the Ridge. Then, if you still use the banknotes a lot, you have to fold them and it's not easy to see at a glance how much money you have. Anyway, a space-saving and aesthetically pleasing convenience is a beautiful product.
