These Official Rules were drafted in English but may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translated version of the Official Rules and the English version of the Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern, and control unless expressly prohibited by applicable law.

BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE PROMOTION PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Ridge 2026 Sweepstakes ("Promotion", "Sweepstakes", or "Prize Draw") is open only to legal residents of Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia (collectively, the "Territory"), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry. You must have a valid driver's license issued in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of prize award to claim a vehicle prize. Employees, officers and directors of The Ridge Wallet LLC ("Sponsor"), Passport Global Inc., Brand Access, LLC, Realtime Media LLC ("Administrator") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"), their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotions or win a prize. For purposes of this Promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence (based on both the billing and shipping addresses provided) at least three (3) months out of a year, whether legally related or not. By participating in the Promotion, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize, including related travel or other activities (except any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize where it is caused by the gross negligence or breach of the Sponsor). Void outside of the Territory and void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these "Official Rules" and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Promotion, selection of the winners, and Sponsor's exercise of discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For residents of Austria: Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, shall be liable under the terms of these Official Rules only in accordance with the provisions set out below:

(i) The Promotion Parties will be liable for damages caused by their intentional acts or gross negligence. Their liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This disclaimer applies in particular to damages (i) resulting from participation in the promotion, (ii) in connection with the use or redemption of the prize, (iii) due to technical malfunctions, transmission errors, delays, interruptions, or failures, and (iv) caused by third parties or by force majeure.

(ii) Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, pure financial losses, lost profits, loss of use, data loss, and non-pecuniary damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

(iii) To the extent that the Promotion Parties' liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in amount to foreseeable damage typical to the contract.

(iv) Mandatory statutory liability provisions, in particular under the Consumer Protection Act, remain unaffected.

For residents of Germany: Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, shall be liable under the terms of these Official Rules only in accordance with the provisions set out below:

(i) The Promotion Parties will be liable for any negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and the breach of which jeopardizes the purpose of the contract and on the performance of which participants may rely. In such cases, the Promotion Parties' liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical to the contract. The same applies to breaches of duty by the Promotion Parties' vicarious agents.

(ii) The exclusions and limitations of liability set out above do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Any further liability of Promotion Parties is excluded on the merits.

2. TIMING: The Promotion begins at or about 9:00 a.m. United States Pacific Time ("USPT") on July 24, 2026 and ends at 9:00 a.m. USPT on September 8, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. Entrants to the Promotion outside of USPT must check their country's corresponding local time.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there are multiple ways to earn entries as well as bonus entries, as set forth below. Most of these methods require you to have an active internet connection and a compatible device that allows you access to the Website (as defined below).

   1. Make a Purchase: You may earn entries for purchasing products from , https://eu.ridge.com, https://au.ridge.com, https://uk.ridge.com, or https://ca.ridge.com (each, and collectively, the "Website"). During the Promotion Period you will receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD equivalent spent on any product available at the Website (including any personalization fees) or for purchase of a gift card. For example, if a Ridge Wallet Matte Black 6061-T6 AI Powder Coat is purchased (current MSRP: $95 US, $115 CA, £79, $129 AU, €89), you will receive 95 entries. The number of entries you receive will be based on the USD list price of your eligible purchase (excluding any sales tax, and shipping charges), less any credits or discounts, and rounded up to the nearest whole entry. Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible to receive entries; however, a purchase that exceeds the gift card value will be eligible to receive entries based on the balance due after the gift card is applied to the item purchased. If a purchase is returned prior to the end of the Promotion Period, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Sponsor's return policy. Corporate Gifting/Bulk Order purchases (as indicated with any of the following tags: "Bulk Order", "Goody", or "Rye") are excluded from earning entries. There is no limit to receiving entries via this Purchase Method; however, total entries are subject to the limit set forth below.

Product Bonuses: In addition to the entry calculation as set forth above for initial product spend, the following products will result in bonus entries during the entire Promotion Period, as set forth below:

Multiplier Periods: In addition to the initial entry calculation as set forth above and the bonus entries as outlined in the chart above, surprise "Multiplier Periods" as announced at the Website during the Promotion Period will result in an additional bonus entry multiplier on all products. Multiplier Periods will either be 2X multiplier or 10X multiplier, as noted at the Website during the announcement.

Bonus entry multipliers earned during a Multiplier Period will not stack with product bonuses. Multiplier Periods will override any product bonuses on the applicable products as set forth above. For example, during a 2x Multiplier Period, a purchase of a water bottle will still result in the 4x entries associated with the product bonus, but an additional 2x entry multiplier will not be applied/stacked. During a 10X Multiplier Period, all products will receive a 10X entry multiplier, and no other product bonus will be applied.

Bonus Crates: Through the standard purchase flow at the Website, and if you are logged in to your Ridge Account, if your purchase qualifies for a Bonus Crate, you will receive additional entries. Bonus Crate entries will be displayed upon completion of checkout and will vary between 25 and 1,000 entries. Bonus Crate entries are randomly determined.

2. Create a Ridge.com Account (No Purchase Required): At the Website, click on the "Account Profile" icon in the upper right corner, enter your valid email address, and click "sign in/create account." Upon the creation of a Ridge.com account, you will receive five (5) entries. If you have previously created a Ridge.com account prior to the start of the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive five (5) entries. Limit one (1) Ridge.com Account per person.

3. Sign Up to Receive Emails from Ridge (No Purchase Required): From the Website, follow the on-screen prompts to submit your valid email address and agree to receive emails from Ridge. Upon successfully signing up, you will receive a default of ten (10) entries. If you have previously signed up for emails from Ridge prior to the start of the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive ten (10) entries. You must remain subscribed to receive emails throughout the Promotion Period and until the winners are selected, and the prizes are awarded to maintain entries received via this method. Limit one (1) sign up to receive emails per person. Attempts to receive additional entries via this method by using a different or invalid email address will void all such entries from any individual suspected by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be using such methods will be disqualified.

4. Sign Up to Receive Text Message Marketing from Ridge (No Purchase Required, Available only in the US, Canada, and the UK): From the Website, follow the on-screen prompts to submit your valid mobile telephone number and agree to receive text messages from Ridge via SMS. Upon successful enrollment in text message marketing, you will receive eight (8) entries. If you have previously signed up to receive text message marketing prior to the start of the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive eight (8) entries. You must remain subscribed to receive text messages throughout the Promotion Period, and until the winners are selected and the prizes are awarded to maintain entries received via this method. Limit one (1) enrollment in text message marketing per person, regardless of the number of valid mobile telephone numbers per person.

Message and data rates may apply for each text message sent. Sponsor does not charge for text messages; however, text messages are subject to your wireless carrier's standard network charge. Consult your wireless provider's pricing plans. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Promotion via this method. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to a carrier's inability to deliver text messages. By signing up to receive text marketing messages, you are providing to the Sponsor your express written consent to receive text messages using automated technology. By signing up to receive text marketing messages, you agree to the Mobile Terms of Use, available here, including opt-out and help instructions. Consent to receive text marketing messages is not required or a condition of any purchase.

5. Download Wallet Pass (No Purchase Required): At the Website, find the "Download Wallet Pass" button, and click to open your Account page. You must login to your account if you are not already logged in. Then, follow the instructions from your Account page to download Wallet Pass to your mobile device. Upon the successful download of the Wallet Pass, you will receive ten (10) entries. If you have previously downloaded the Wallet Pass prior to the start of the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive ten (10) entries. Limit one (1) Wallet Pass per person. Wallet Pass may not be available in all jurisdictions of the Territory.

6. Complete Additional Activities on the Website (No Purchase Required): Throughout the Promotion Period additional opportunities to earn entries will be posted on the Website, and may include bonuses for subsequent purchases made at the Website during the Promotion Period, sending friend referrals (where permitted by law), engaging with promotional emails and/or text messages from the Sponsor (ex., clicking a link within an email or text message to earn additional entries), spinning a wheel animation at the Website for instant bonus entries, and sharing the Sweepstakes on social media (each an "Activity"). Each Activity will be noted at the Website or in the email/text message and indicate how many entries you will earn for completing such Activity (typically between 5 and 25 entries per Activity). Limit of one (1) of each Activity per person to receive the corresponding number of entries.

7. Free Alternate Method of Entry: To receive entries without completing any of the above methods of entry, you must follow the instructions below for your applicable jurisdiction of residence.

US and Canadian residents must: legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain piece of 3x5 inch paper ("Mail-In Entry") and mail it to the address below that corresponds with your country of residence:

US residents: Mail your completed Mail-In Entry to Realtime Media, Attn: Ridge 2026 Sweepstakes (12171) Entry, 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403.

Canadian residents: Mail your completed Mail-In Entry to Ridge 2026 Promotion (12171) NP Entry-dept.4578, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville ON, L6K0G4.

Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any Mail-In Entry. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than September 8, 2026 and received by September 14, 2026 to be eligible for the Promotion. All Mail-In Entries become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.

For all other Territory residents, to receive entries without completing any of the above methods of entry, visit https://www.ridgeamoe2026.com/ and submit your true and valid information as requested on the entry form. All data collected on the AMOE Entry will be processed as set forth in Sponsor's policy found here.

You will receive seventy-five (75) entries for each Mail-In Entry/AMOE Entry received by the Sponsor. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

The Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.

LIMIT: Regardless of method of entry, there is a per-person limit of up to 2,500 total entries into the Promotion. The limit of entries you may receive for each individual entry method above is indicated for such method. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts, or otherwise may result in disqualification. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void, and the individual generating such entries may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Entrants are not permitted to share an email address or a telephone number. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address and/or telephone number associated with such entry, provided that person is eligible; the decision as to which method to use to determine the identity of the entrant is to be made in Sponsor's discretion. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses, or the person assigned to a telephone number by the wireless carrier responsible for assigning such telephone number. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible, and any individual(s) may be disqualified.

4. PROMOTION DRAWING: On or before September 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. USPT a representative of the independent third-party Administrator (human) located in West Norriton, PA USA will conduct a random, computerized drawing processed by an algorithm that simulates a random draw to select two (2) potential winners from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Promotion.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: The potential winners will be notified via email (or other contact information) using the information provided on the entry form within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for incorrect, changed, or illegible contact information or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering, or insufficient space in entrant's email or other account to receive messages. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon the sending of an email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if a potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, potential winner will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. As part of the winner notification process, each potential winner will be required to complete and submit a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement ("Declaration"), within five (5) days of the date of sending of the notification, as a condition of receiving a prize. Additionally, any Canadian resident selected as a potential winner must correctly answer unaided a time-limited four-part mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving a prize. "Unaided" includes no use of a calculator, artificial intelligence, or assistance from a third-party. If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return the Declaration, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if a Canadian resident), within the required time period or if the Declaration is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to potential winner, and/or the potential winner is otherwise noncompliant, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected for up to ten (10) alternates (where permitted by applicable law), in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Potential winner becomes a "winner" only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes, the winner(s) of the advertised number of prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s), in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law, without prejudice to participant's rights under applicable law. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

The surname and country of residence of the winners will be made available on request, as required by applicable law.

7. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Each winner will have their choice of a Cash Prize (as defined below) or one (1) of the vehicle prizes below, if available. Each winner will be asked to rank their preference of prize. Sponsor and Administrator will have sole discretion on which prize type goes to each winner based on the ranked preference and the timestamp of the receipt of any returned Declaration. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate a winner's preferred prize, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's discretion. Before finalizing each winner, Administrator will contact such winner to confirm the prize (if it is not the first-ranked preference) to be awarded and the winner will have the opportunity to decline the prize.

The prize options are:

• Cash Prize: $100,000 USD cash prize (the "Cash Prize"). The Cash Prize is awarded as an ACH Transfer to the winner's designated bank account, initiated by the Sponsor. The Cash Prize is drawn on US funds, and the local ARV will depend on applicable currency exchange rates at the time of the ACH Transfer. Estimated value of the Cash Prize is approximately $141,865 CAD / £74,765 / $144,083 AUD / €87,999. For purposes of these Official Rules, currency exchange rate is based on published rates as of July 7, 2026. Two (2) Cash Prizes are available for winner selection in the Promotion.

• Vehicle Prize: If the winner selects a vehicle prize, they will have the choice of one (1) of the following vehicles, provided the vehicle is still available based on the preference ranking system set forth above and below:

  • 2024 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato vehicle (the "Lamborghini Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Lamborghini Prize based on local MSRP is $280,000 USD / $397,300 CAD / £209,405 / $403,432 AUD / €245,039. One (1) Lamborghini Prize is available in the Promotion.

  • 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor vehicle with the Hennessey VelociRaptor 600 package upgrade (the "VelociRaptor Prize"). The ARV of the VelociRaptor Prize is $100,000 USD / $141,865 CAD / £74,765 / $144,083 AUD / €87,999. One (1) VelociRaptor Prize is available for winner selection in the Promotion.

  • One (1) custom 2025 Ford Bronco Retro Edition Vehicle (the "Bronco Prize"). The ARV of the Bronco Prize based on local MSRP is $87,000 USD / $123,447 CAD / £65,150 / $125,610 AUD / €76,220. One (1) Bronco Prize is available for winner selection in the Promotion.

Winners will note their preference of prize type on their Declaration. If the Cash Prize is selected, the winner does not need to rank preference of the available vehicles. If a winner prefers a vehicle prize, they will be asked to rank preference of the vehicles on the Declaration. If BOTH winners select a vehicle prize, the Sponsor will take into consideration the ranked preferences of the vehicles noted by the winners as well as the timestamp of Sponsor's receipt of each Declaration, and will confirm with each winner the available prize for the winner to provide final consent. If one or both winners select the Cash Prize, each winner will receive their chosen prize.

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotion is up to $380,000 USD / approximately $539,165 CAD / £284,170 / $547,515 AUD / €333,038. Any difference between the actual value of a prize and the stated ARV (if less than the actual value) due to currency exchange rates and/or differences in local MSRP will not be awarded, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any winner resides outside of the United States, such winner will bear the valuation exposure due to changes in foreign exchange values, and any difference will not be awarded.

Conditions for the vehicle prizes: Color, package, factory options, and other specifics of a vehicle prize are determined by Sponsor, and no further options are available. Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid driver's license issued in the winner's jurisdiction of residence, and legally-required proof of insurance (as applicable in winner's jurisdiction of residence) prior to taking possession of such vehicle prize, failure to show same may result in vehicle prize forfeiture. Winner is responsible for all associated vehicle fees as required by such winner's jurisdiction of residence, including all title, license, insurance, registration, applicable taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with a vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle prize, as well as any fuel required to operate the vehicle. If the winner resides outside of the United States, they will be solely responsible for all international tax remittance fees. Winner is solely responsible for any required maintenance or repairs of the vehicle subsequent to claiming the vehicle prize, and Sponsor has absolutely no duties or obligations with respect to the same. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor or its designee will arrange for the title transfer of the Vehicle to the winner prior to delivery. A vehicle prize will be delivered to the winner from Sponsor at a mutually-agreed upon location and on a date selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Except as stated in the manufacturer's limited warranty for the Vehicle, none of Sponsor or any other person associated with the manufacture, distribution, development and execution of this Promotion and its Prize, or any of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The winner will be responsible for proper licensing and registration within their jurisdiction of residence. The winner is recommended to confirm with a local dealership the applicable warranties, and Sponsor is not responsible for any warranties that are not transferable upon title transfer. Vehicle prizes are awarded "AS IS." A vehicle prize is not redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor's sole discretion, and as further described below. Any and all guarantees and warranties for a vehicle prize are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and the vehicle prize winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules are subject to reasonable determination by Sponsor, provided that such determination does not alter the nature, value, or essential prize characteristics of the prize as disclosed to consumers. Prize details and availability are subject to change due to circumstances not attributable to Sponsor and subject to applicable rules and restrictions. In the event that a vehicle prize selected by a winner becomes unavailable as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, except in cases where such unavailability is attributable to the Sponsor, such vehicle prize will be substituted with the $100,000 USD cash prize, and any difference in prize value will not be awarded. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ARVs of the prizes are based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

Winners (regardless of country of residence) will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes received, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. Winners will be solely responsible for complying with any tax reporting obligations. Please consult a tax professional to discuss your tax obligations and individual situation. If a winner is a US resident, they will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prize will be awarded, for tax reporting purposes. If the winner is a US resident, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of such winner, for the actual value of the prize received. If a winner is a Canadian resident, an IRS Form W-8 BEN will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the received.

Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Prizes, if legitimately claimed in the timeframes set forth herein, will be awarded. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prizes or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Promotion Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. 8. 10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WAIVERS: If you are a resident of the province of Québec, this section does not apply to you to the extent that it limits the Sponsor from the consequences of its own act or that of its representative. For residents in Austria and Germany: Liability shall be governed exclusively by the jurisdiction-specific provisions set out within these Official Rules and as permitted by Austrian/German law. The Sponsor's right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion as set forth above shall be limited to cases of good cause as set forth in Section 8 above. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual if there are objective and verifiable grounds for a violation of these Official Rules. This includes, but is not limited to, tampering with the entry process or disruptive behavior. Any such decision will be made using reasonable discretion.

Residents of Québec who have submitted an entry will be notified of any changes to these Official Rules no less than 30 days before such changes come into force and may refuse the modification and cancel their participation within 30 days of such changes coming into force by notifying the Sponsor in writing.

Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion, or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of California. Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Sponsor for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Sponsor's negligence. For Residents of Québec: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of the Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

For Residents of Austria and Germany: Notwithstanding the above, participants residing in Austria/Germany shall retain the protection of mandatory provisions of Austrian/German law. Participants may bring legal proceedings in the competent courts of their place of residence in Austria/Germany. 14. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Likewise, if any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable in some jurisdictions, but not others, such provisions shall remain valid and enforceable in such jurisdictions where they are valid and enforceable. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. (i) Les Parties de la Promotion seront responsables des dommages causés par leurs actes intentionnels ou leur négligence grave. Leur responsabilité pour les dommages causés par une négligence légère est exclue dans la mesure permise par la loi. (i) Les Parties de la Promotion seront responsables de tout manquement par négligence à des obligations dont l’exécution est essentielle à la bonne exécution du contrat, dont la violation compromet l’objet du contrat et sur l’exécution desquelles les participants peuvent légitimement compter. Dans de tels cas, la responsabilité des Parties de la Promotion est limitée aux dommages prévisibles typiques du contrat. Il en va de même pour les manquements aux obligations commis par les auxiliaires d’exécution des Parties de la Promotion.

(ii) Les exclusions et limitations de responsabilité énoncées ci-dessus ne s’appliquent pas en cas d’atteinte à la vie, à l’intégrité physique ou à la santé, ni en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave. La responsabilité au titre de la loi allemande sur la responsabilité du fait des produits demeure inchangée.

Toute autre responsabilité des Parties de la Promotion est exclue sur le fond.

2. CALENDRIER : La Promotion débute à environ 9 h 00, heure du Pacifique des États-Unis (« USPT »), le 24 juillet 2026 et se termine à 9 h 00 USPT le 8 septembre 2026 (la « Période de la Promotion »). L’horloge informatique désignée du Sponsor est le dispositif officiel de mesure du temps de la Promotion. Les participants à la Promotion situés en dehors du fuseau USPT doivent vérifier l’heure locale correspondante de leur pays.

3. COMMENT PARTICIPER : Pendant la Période de la Promotion, il existe plusieurs façons d’obtenir des participations ainsi que des participations bonus, comme indiqué ci-dessous. La plupart de ces méthodes nécessitent une connexion Internet active et un appareil compatible vous permettant d’accéder au Site Web (tel que défini ci-dessous).

Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables des difficultés techniques de quelque nature que ce soit, ni des coordonnées fausses, incorrectes, modifiées, incomplètes ou illisibles.

LIMITE : quelle que soit la méthode de participation, il existe une limite par personne de 2 500 participations au total dans la Promotion. Les participations soumises par des personnes ne remplissant pas les conditions d’éligibilité (y compris toutes les conditions relatives à l’âge et à la résidence) sont nulles. Les participants ne sont pas autorisés à partager une adresse e-mail ou un numéro de téléphone. 4. TIRAGE AU SORT DE LA PROMOTION : Au plus tard le 17 septembre 2026 à 17 h 00 USPT, un représentant (humain) de l’Administrateur tiers indépendant, situé à West Norriton, PA, États-Unis, effectuera un tirage au sort informatisé et aléatoire, traité par un algorithme simulant un tirage aléatoire, afin de sélectionner deux (2) gagnants potentiels parmi toutes les participations éligibles reçues conformément au présent Règlement Officiel.

5. CHANCES DE GAGNER : Les chances de gagner un prix dépendent du nombre total de participations éligibles reçues pour la Promotion.

6. NOTIFICATION DES GAGNANTS/RÉCLAMATION DES PRIX : Les gagnants potentiels seront informés par e-mail (ou via d’autres coordonnées) à l’aide des informations fournies dans le formulaire de participation, dans un délai commercialement raisonnable après le tirage. Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables et ne sauraient être tenues responsables des coordonnées incorrectes, modifiées ou illisibles, ni des communications électroniques non remises en raison de toute forme de filtrage actif ou passif, ou d’un espace insuffisant dans la boîte e-mail ou tout autre compte du participant pour recevoir des messages. Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables des tentatives de notification du gagnant potentiel tardives, perdues, interceptées, mal acheminées ou infructueuses. La notification est réputée effectuée dès l’envoi d’un e-mail. Si un gagnant potentiel ne peut être contacté dans un délai raisonnable, si un gagnant potentiel est inéligible, si une notification est retournée comme non distribuable ou si un gagnant potentiel ne se conforme pas pleinement au présent Règlement Officiel, ce gagnant potentiel perdra son droit à ce prix et un gagnant suppléant pourra être sélectionné parmi toutes les participations éligibles restantes. Un gagnant potentiel ne devient « gagnant » qu’après vérification de son éligibilité par le Sponsor.

Le nombre de prix attribués n’excédera pas le nombre indiqué. Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, davantage de gagnants de bonne foi se manifestent pour réclamer des prix, le ou les gagnants du nombre annoncé de prix disponibles pourront être sélectionnés par tirage au sort parmi toutes les personnes présentant des réclamations prétendument valables pour ce(s) prix, conformément au présent Règlement Officiel et à la loi applicable, sans préjudice des droits des participants en vertu de la loi applicable. La participation à ce tirage constituera le seul et unique recours de chaque participant dans de telles circonstances.

Le nom de famille et le pays de résidence des gagnants seront disponibles sur demande, dans la mesure exigée par la loi applicable.

7. PRIX/RESTRICTIONS RELATIVES AUX PRIX : Chaque gagnant aura le choix entre un Prix en Espèces (tel que défini ci-dessous) ou l’un (1) des prix véhicules ci-dessous, sous réserve de disponibilité. Chaque gagnant sera invité à classer ses préférences de prix. Le Sponsor et l’Administrateur détermineront à leur seule discrétion le type de prix attribué à chaque gagnant en fonction des préférences classées et de l’horodatage de réception de toute Déclaration renvoyée. Le Sponsor s’efforcera de satisfaire la préférence de prix du gagnant, mais toutes les modalités resteront à la discrétion du Sponsor. Avant de finaliser chaque gagnant, l’Administrateur contactera ce gagnant pour confirmer le prix à attribuer (s’il ne s’agit pas de la première préférence), et le gagnant aura la possibilité de refuser le prix.

• Prix en Espèces : un prix en espèces de 100 000 $ US (le « Prix en Espèces »). Le Prix en Espèces est versé par virement ACH sur le compte bancaire désigné du gagnant, initié par le Sponsor. Le Prix en Espèces est libellé en fonds américains, et la valeur locale approximative dépendra des taux de change applicables au moment du virement ACH. Les gagnants indiqueront leur préférence de type de prix sur leur Déclaration. Si le Prix en Espèces est choisi, le gagnant n’a pas besoin de classer les véhicules disponibles par ordre de préférence. Si un gagnant préfère un prix véhicule, il sera invité à classer les véhicules par ordre de préférence sur la Déclaration. Si les DEUX gagnants choisissent un prix véhicule, le Sponsor prendra en considération les préférences classées des véhicules indiquées par les gagnants ainsi que l’horodatage de la réception par le Sponsor de chaque Déclaration, et confirmera avec chaque gagnant le prix disponible afin que celui-ci donne son consentement final. Si l’un des gagnants ou les deux choisissent le Prix en Espèces, chaque gagnant recevra le prix de son choix.

La valeur au détail approximative (ARV) de tous les prix disponibles dans la Promotion s’élève à un maximum de 380 000 $ US / environ 539 165 $ CA / 284 170 £ / 547 515 $ AU / 333 038 €. Toute différence entre la valeur réelle d’un prix et l’ARV indiquée (si celle-ci est inférieure à la valeur réelle) due aux taux de change et/ou aux différences de prix de vente conseillé local ne sera pas attribuée, dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable. Si un gagnant réside en dehors des États-Unis, ce gagnant supportera le risque de valorisation lié aux variations des taux de change, et aucune différence ne sera attribuée.

Conditions applicables aux prix véhicules : La couleur, le pack, les options d’usine et les autres caractéristiques d’un prix véhicule sont déterminés par le Sponsor, et aucune option supplémentaire n’est disponible. Le gagnant doit être un conducteur titulaire d’un permis et doit présenter un permis de conduire valide en cours de validité délivré dans sa juridiction de résidence, ainsi qu’une preuve d’assurance légalement requise (selon ce qui s’applique dans la juridiction de résidence du gagnant) avant de prendre possession de ce prix véhicule ; à défaut de présenter ces documents, le prix véhicule pourra être déclaré perdu. Le gagnant est responsable de tous les frais véhicule associés exigés par la juridiction de résidence de ce gagnant, y compris tous les frais de titre de propriété, de permis, d’assurance, d’immatriculation, les taxes ou frais applicables, les frais de destination et de traitement, et les autres frais associés à un véhicule, y compris les frais de déplacement et de transport liés à la collecte du prix véhicule, ainsi que tout carburant nécessaire au fonctionnement du véhicule. Si le gagnant réside en dehors des États-Unis, il sera seul responsable de tous les frais de versement d’impôts internationaux. Le gagnant est seul responsable de tout entretien ou de toute réparation du véhicule postérieurement à la réclamation du prix véhicule, et le Sponsor n’a absolument aucun devoir ni aucune obligation à cet égard. Tous les autres coûts non expressément désignés dans le présent règlement comme étant attribués sont à la charge du gagnant. Le Sponsor ou son représentant organisera le transfert du titre de propriété du Véhicule au gagnant avant la livraison. Un prix véhicule sera livré au gagnant par le Sponsor en un lieu convenu d’un commun accord et à une date choisie par le Sponsor à sa seule et entière discrétion. Sauf stipulation contraire dans la garantie limitée du fabricant du Véhicule, ni le Sponsor ni aucune autre personne associée à la fabrication, à la distribution, au développement et à l’exécution de la présente Promotion et de son Prix, ni aucune de leurs sociétés affiliées, sociétés mères et filiales respectives, ni leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et mandataires respectifs, ne donne de garanties, déclarations ou assurances, expresses ou implicites, de fait ou de droit, concernant l’utilisation ou la jouissance du Véhicule, y compris, sans limitation, sa qualité, son état mécanique, sa qualité marchande ou son adéquation à un usage particulier. Le gagnant sera responsable de l’immatriculation et de l’enregistrement appropriés dans sa juridiction de résidence. Il est recommandé au gagnant de confirmer auprès d’un concessionnaire local les garanties applicables, et le Sponsor n’est pas responsable des garanties qui ne seraient pas transférables lors du transfert de titre. Les prix véhicules sont attribués « EN L’ÉTAT ». Un prix véhicule n’est pas échangeable contre des espèces, sauf à la seule discrétion du Sponsor et tel que décrit plus en détail ci-dessous. L’ensemble des garanties et assurances relatives à un prix véhicule est soumis aux conditions générales du fabricant, et le gagnant du prix véhicule accepte de s’adresser exclusivement à ces fabricants pour toute réclamation au titre d’une telle garantie ou assurance.

Les prix sont incessibles, sans échange contre des espèces, équivalent ou substitution, sauf à la seule et entière discrétion du Sponsor. Tous les détails des prix non précisés dans le présent Règlement Officiel sont soumis à la détermination raisonnable du Sponsor, à condition que cette détermination ne modifie pas la nature, la valeur ou les caractéristiques essentielles du prix telles que communiquées aux consommateurs. Les détails et la disponibilité des prix sont susceptibles de changer en raison de circonstances non imputables au Sponsor et sous réserve des règles et restrictions applicables. Dans le cas où un prix véhicule choisi par un gagnant deviendrait indisponible, selon la détermination du Sponsor à sa seule discrétion, sauf lorsque cette indisponibilité est imputable au Sponsor, ce prix véhicule sera remplacé par le prix en espèces de 100 000 $ US, et toute différence de valeur de prix ne sera pas attribuée. Les prix sont attribués « EN L’ÉTAT » et sans garantie d’aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite (y compris, sans limitation, toute garantie implicite de qualité marchande ou d’adéquation à un usage particulier). Les ARV des prix sont basées sur les informations disponibles fournies au Sponsor, et la valeur de tout prix attribué à un gagnant peut être déclarée à des fins fiscales conformément à la loi.

Les gagnants (quel que soit leur pays de résidence) seront seuls responsables de tous les impôts fédéraux, étatiques, provinciaux, territoriaux et/ou locaux applicables, ainsi que de tous autres frais ou coûts associés aux prix reçus, que ceux-ci soient ou non utilisés, en tout ou en partie. Les gagnants seront seuls responsables du respect de toute obligation de déclaration fiscale. Veuillez consulter un professionnel de la fiscalité pour discuter de vos obligations fiscales et de votre situation individuelle. Si un gagnant est résident des États-Unis, il devra fournir au Sponsor un numéro de sécurité sociale valide avant que le prix ne soit attribué, à des fins de déclaration fiscale. Si le gagnant est résident des États-Unis, un formulaire IRS 1099 sera émis au nom de ce gagnant, pour la valeur réelle du prix reçu. Si un gagnant est résident canadien, un formulaire IRS W-8 BEN sera émis au nom du gagnant pour la valeur réelle du prix reçu.

Tout prix non réclamé sera perdu. Les prix, s’ils sont légitimement réclamés dans les délais prévus au présent règlement, seront attribués. Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables et ne remplaceront pas les prix perdus, détériorés ou volés, ni tout prix non livrable ou ne parvenant pas au gagnant en raison d’une adresse incorrecte ou modifiée. Si un gagnant n’accepte pas ou n’utilise pas la totalité du prix, la partie non acceptée ou non utilisée du prix sera perdue, et les Parties de la Promotion n’auront plus aucune obligation concernant ce prix ou cette partie du prix. Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables de la différence éventuelle, que le gagnant ne recevra pas, entre la valeur réelle des prix au moment de l’attribution et l’ARV indiquée dans le présent Règlement Officiel ou dans toute correspondance ou tout document lié à la Promotion. Limite d’un (1) prix par personne. Le Sponsor s’efforcera de remettre tous les prix dûment réclamés dans un délai d’environ six (6) à huit (8) semaines après la vérification du gagnant.

8. Tous les droits d’auteur, marques ou autres droits de propriété intellectuelle sur cette Publicité appartiendront au Sponsor et/ou à ses concédants, et chaque gagnant décline et renonce par les présentes à toute revendication de droit sur cette Publicité, dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable. Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, cette Publicité sera sous le contrôle exclusif du Sponsor et/ou de ses concédants, et chaque gagnant renonce par les présentes à toute revendication de contrôle sur le contenu de la Publicité ainsi qu’à toute réclamation éventuelle pour utilisation abusive de ses nom, image, portrait ou voix, sur un fondement contractuel, délictuel ou toute autre théorie juridique, dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable.

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi de la juridiction applicable, les Parties de la Promotion n’assument aucune responsabilité en cas de perturbation de la Promotion, y compris, sans limitation, la défaillance ou l’interruption de toute plateforme de réseaux sociaux ou de tout fournisseur d’accès Internet. En cas de divergence ou d’incohérence entre les informations et autres déclarations contenues dans tout support de la Promotion et les conditions du présent Règlement Officiel, le présent Règlement Officiel prévaudra, régira et fera foi. Dans le cas où le Sponsor serait empêché de poursuivre la Promotion par tout événement échappant à son contrôle, y compris, sans limitation, incendie, inondation, épidémie, tremblement de terre, explosion, conflit du travail ou grève, catastrophe naturelle ou fait d’un ennemi public, panne de communications ou d’équipement, interruption de services collectifs ou de services, émeute ou troubles civils, menace ou activité terroriste, guerre (déclarée ou non), interférence avec la Promotion par toute partie, ou toute loi, ordonnance ou réglementation fédérale, étatique, provinciale, territoriale, municipale ou locale, décision de tout tribunal ou juridiction, ou toute autre cause échappant raisonnablement au contrôle du Sponsor (chacun, un événement ou cas de « Force Majeure »), le Sponsor aura le droit de modifier, suspendre ou clore la Promotion ou le prix. Le Sponsor se réserve en outre le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, de modifier, suspendre ou clore la Promotion si des causes échappant à son contrôle venaient à corrompre ou perturber l’administration, l’intégrité, le fonctionnement, la sécurité ou le bon déroulement de la Promotion. Ce droit est limité aux cas où il existe un juste motif. Cela s’applique si le Sponsor ne peut raisonnablement être tenu de poursuivre la Promotion en raison de circonstances échappant à son contrôle, compte tenu des intérêts des participants.

9. CONDUITE : Les Parties de la Promotion ne sont pas responsables des actes des participants en lien avec la Promotion, y compris les tentatives des participants de contourner le Règlement Officiel ou d’interférer de toute autre manière avec l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement de la Promotion. Les Parties de la Promotion se réservent le droit, à leur seule discrétion et dans la mesure permise par la loi, de disqualifier (ou d’annuler le prix de) toute personne reconnue comme agissant, ou soupçonnée d’agir, d’une manière jugée par les Parties de la Promotion contraire au Règlement Officiel, antisportive ou perturbatrice, ou avec l’intention d’importuner, d’insulter, de menacer ou de harceler toute autre personne, ou de manipuler le processus de participation ou le fonctionnement de la Promotion, et d’annuler toutes les participations et/ou inscriptions associées, dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable. Toute décision de ce type sera fondée sur des motifs objectifs et vérifiables. ATTENTION : TOUTE TENTATIVE PAR UN UTILISATEUR, PAR VOUS OU PAR TOUTE AUTRE PERSONNE D’ENDOMMAGER OU DE COMPROMETTRE LE FONCTIONNEMENT LÉGITIME DE LA PROMOTION CONSTITUE UNE VIOLATION DES LOIS PÉNALES ET CIVILES ; SI UNE TELLE TENTATIVE ÉTAIT FAITE, LES PARTIES DE LA PROMOTION SE RÉSERVENT LE DROIT DE DEMANDER DES DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS ET D’EXERCER TOUT AUTRE RECOURS (Y COMPRIS LES HONORAIRES D’AVOCAT) CONTRE TOUTE PERSONNE CONCERNÉE, DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI.

Pour les résidents d’Autriche et d’Allemagne : toute demande du Sponsor en dommages-intérêts ou en remboursement de frais de justice résultant de la violation du présent Règlement Officiel par un participant sera régie par le droit légal autrichien ou allemand applicable.

10. LIMITATIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉ ET RENONCIATIONS : Si vous êtes résident de la province de Québec, la présente section ne s’applique pas à vous dans la mesure où elle exonère le Sponsor des conséquences de son propre fait ou de celui de son représentant. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, les Parties de la Promotion n’assument aucune responsabilité pour : (a) les inscriptions, participations, URL ou e-mails perdus, tardifs, volés, non remis, inexacts, incomplets, retardés, mal acheminés, endommagés ou altérés ; (b) toute information de participation incorrecte ou inexacte, ou toute transmission de données électroniques défectueuse ou échouée ; (c) tout accès non autorisé aux participations ou inscriptions, ou leur vol, destruction ou altération, à tout stade du déroulement de la présente Promotion ; (d) tout dysfonctionnement technique, panne, erreur, omission, interruption, suppression, défaut, retard de fonctionnement ou défaillance de ligne de communication, quelle qu’en soit la cause, concernant tout équipement, système, réseau, ligne, câble, satellite, serveur, ordinateur ou fournisseur utilisé dans tout aspect du déroulement de la Promotion ; (e) l’inaccessibilité ou l’indisponibilité d’Internet, du Site Web, de tout site lié à la Promotion, ou de toute combinaison de ceux-ci, ou les dysfonctionnements, pannes ou difficultés de matériel ou de logiciel informatique, ou toute autre erreur ou difficulté de quelque nature que ce soit, qu’elle soit humaine, mécanique, électronique, informatique, de réseau, typographique, d’impression ou autre, se rapportant à la Promotion ou en lien avec celle-ci, y compris, sans limitation, les erreurs ou difficultés pouvant survenir en lien avec l’administration de la Promotion, le traitement des participations, des publications sur les réseaux sociaux ou des inscriptions, l’annonce des prix ou tout autre support lié à la Promotion ; ou (f) toute blessure ou tout dommage causé à l’ordinateur des participants ou de toute autre personne, pouvant être lié à toute tentative de participation à la Promotion ou en résulter. Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, la Promotion (ou toute partie de celle-ci) ne peut se dérouler comme prévu, pour des raisons pouvant inclure, sans limitation, une infection par virus informatique, une manipulation, une intervention non autorisée, une fraude, des défaillances techniques ou toute autre cause susceptible de corrompre ou d’affecter l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement de la présente Promotion, les Parties de la Promotion se réservent alors le droit, à leur seule discrétion, d’annuler, de clore, de modifier ou de suspendre la Promotion, en tout ou en partie. En cas de clôture, les Parties de la Promotion attribueront les prix par tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations éligibles non suspectes reçues pour la Promotion jusqu’au moment de cette décision.

Pour les résidents d’Autriche et d’Allemagne : la responsabilité sera régie exclusivement par les dispositions propres à chaque juridiction énoncées dans le présent Règlement Officiel et dans la mesure permise par le droit autrichien/allemand. Le droit du Sponsor d’annuler, de clore, de modifier ou de suspendre la Promotion tel que décrit ci-dessus sera limité aux cas de juste motif tels que définis à la Section 8 ci-dessus. Le Sponsor peut disqualifier toute personne s’il existe des motifs objectifs et vérifiables établissant une violation du présent Règlement Officiel. Cela inclut notamment la manipulation du processus de participation ou un comportement perturbateur. Toute décision de ce type sera prise dans l’exercice d’un pouvoir discrétionnaire raisonnable.

Les résidents du Québec ayant soumis une participation seront informés de toute modification du présent Règlement Officiel au moins 30 jours avant l’entrée en vigueur de ces modifications et pourront refuser la modification et annuler leur participation dans les 30 jours suivant l’entrée en vigueur de ces modifications en le notifiant au Sponsor par écrit.

11. DÉCHARGES : Tous les participants, comme condition de leur participation à la présente Promotion et dans la mesure permise par la loi, libèrent, déchargent, indemnisent et dégagent de toute responsabilité les Parties de la Promotion ainsi que leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, employés, mandataires, successeurs et ayants droit respectifs (collectivement, les « Parties Exonérées ») de et contre toute responsabilité, réclamation, tout coût (y compris les honoraires d’avocat), toute perte, tout dommage, toute amende ou action de quelque nature que ce soit au titre de blessures, décès, dommages ou pertes causés aux personnes ou aux biens pouvant survenir, en tout ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, en lien avec : (i) la participation à tout aspect de la Promotion (y compris les déplacements à destination/en provenance de toute activité de la Promotion), (ii) la réception, la propriété, l’utilisation ou le mésusage du prix attribué, y compris tout voyage associé à un prix, (iii) la violation par les Parties Exonérées des droits à l’image ou à la vie privée, les réclamations pour diffamation ou présentation sous un faux jour, ou fondées sur toute allégation de violation de propriété intellectuelle ; (iv) les documents d’inscription du participant sur tout site Web associé ; ou (v) toute erreur typographique, humaine ou autre dans l’impression, l’offre, la sélection, le déroulement ou l’annonce de toute activité de la Promotion et/ou de tout prix.  La présente disposition ne s’applique pas aux résidents allemands.

12. DROIT APPLICABLE ET LITIGES : Si vous êtes résident de la province de Québec, la présente section ne s’applique pas à vous. Toutes les questions concernant l’interprétation, la validité et le caractère exécutoire du présent Règlement Officiel, ou les droits et obligations des participants, du Sponsor ou des Parties Exonérées en lien avec la Promotion, seront régies et interprétées conformément au droit interne de l’État de Californie, États-Unis, sans donner effet aux règles ou dispositions en matière de choix de loi ou de conflit de lois (que ce soit de l’État de Californie ou de toute autre juridiction) qui entraîneraient l’application des lois d’une juridiction autre que l’État de Californie. Toute action visant une réparation en droit ou en équité découlant de la Promotion ou du présent Règlement Officiel, ou s’y rapportant, sera portée exclusivement devant les tribunaux de l’État de Californie. Vous consentez irrévocablement par les présentes à la compétence personnelle desdits tribunaux et renoncez à toute exception de forum non conveniens ou d’absence de compétence personnelle que vous pourriez autrement invoquer.

EN PARTICIPANT À LA PROMOTION, LE PARTICIPANT ACCEPTE QUE, DANS LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI APPLICABLE : (A) TOUS LES LITIGES, RÉCLAMATIONS ET CAUSES D’ACTION DÉCOULANT DE LA PROMOTION OU DE TOUT PRIX ATTRIBUÉ, OU S’Y RAPPORTANT, SERONT RÉSOLUS INDIVIDUELLEMENT, SANS RECOURS À AUCUNE FORME D’ACTION COLLECTIVE ; (B) TOUTES LES RÉCLAMATIONS, DÉCISIONS ET INDEMNITÉS SERONT LIMITÉES AUX FRAIS RÉELS DÉBOURSÉS AUPRÈS DE TIERS (LE CAS ÉCHÉANT), SANS POUVOIR EXCÉDER DIX DOLLARS (10 $ US), ET EN AUCUN CAS DES HONORAIRES D’AVOCAT NE SERONT ACCORDÉS NI RECOUVRABLES ; (C) EN AUCUNE CIRCONSTANCE UN PARTICIPANT NE SERA AUTORISÉ À OBTENIR UNE INDEMNISATION POUR, ET LE PARTICIPANT RENONCE PAR LES PRÉSENTES, EN CONNAISSANCE DE CAUSE ET EXPRESSÉMENT, À TOUT DROIT DE DEMANDER, DES DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS PUNITIFS, ACCESSOIRES, CONSÉCUTIFS OU SPÉCIAUX, UN MANQUE À GAGNER ET/OU TOUT AUTRE DOMMAGE, AUTRES QUE LES DÉPENSES RÉELLEMENT DÉBOURSÉES N’EXCÉDANT PAS DIX DOLLARS (10 $ US), AINSI QU’À TOUT DROIT DE VOIR LES DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS MULTIPLIÉS OU AUTREMENT AUGMENTÉS ; ET (D) LES RECOURS DES PARTICIPANTS SONT LIMITÉS À UNE DEMANDE DE DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS PÉCUNIAIRES (LE CAS ÉCHÉANT) ET LE PARTICIPANT RENONCE IRRÉVOCABLEMENT À TOUT DROIT DE DEMANDER UNE MESURE INJONCTIVE OU EN ÉQUITÉ. CERTAINES JURIDICTIONS N’AUTORISENT PAS LES LIMITATIONS OU EXCLUSIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉ, DE SORTE QUE CE QUI PRÉCÈDE PEUT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER À VOUS.

Pour les résidents du Canada, de la République d’Irlande et du Royaume-Uni : le choix de loi et de juridiction ci-dessus ne prive pas les participants de la protection des dispositions légales impératives auxquelles il ne peut être renoncé en vertu de la loi qui aurait autrement été applicable. Rien dans le présent Règlement Officiel ne saurait être interprété comme limitant ou excluant une responsabilité du Sponsor en cas de fraude, de décès ou de blessure corporelle causés par la négligence du Sponsor. En outre, rien dans le présent Règlement Officiel n’affecte les droits légaux des participants.

Pour les résidents du Québec : un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite du Concours peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter d’aider les parties à parvenir à un règlement.

Pour les résidents d’Autriche et d’Allemagne : nonobstant ce qui précède, les participants résidant en Autriche/Allemagne conservent la protection des dispositions impératives du droit autrichien/allemand. Les participants peuvent engager des procédures judiciaires devant les tribunaux compétents de leur lieu de résidence en Autriche/Allemagne. Rien dans le présent Règlement Officiel ne saurait limiter ou exclure les droits légaux des participants résidant en Allemagne. Les limitations de recours et de dommages-intérêts énoncées dans le présent règlement (notamment le plafond de dommages de 10 $ US, la renonciation aux actions collectives et l’exclusion des honoraires d’avocat) ne s’appliquent pas aux participants résidant en Autriche/Allemagne. Au lieu de cela, toute demande de dommages-intérêts et de remboursement de frais sera régie conformément au droit autrichien/allemand, y compris les dispositions énoncées à la Section 1.

13. INFORMATIONS DE PARTICIPATION ET COMMUNICATIONS DE LA PROMOTION : Les données personnelles des participants à la Promotion (y compris leurs nom, adresse et autres informations) seront traitées par le Sponsor et par des tiers agissant pour le compte du Sponsor aux fins de l’administration de la présente Promotion et du respect des lois, réglementations et règles applicables. Sauf indication contraire dans le présent Règlement Officiel, les informations collectées pour la présente Promotion sont utilisées uniquement aux fins de la bonne administration de la Promotion et de la notification des gagnants, et ne seront ni réutilisées, ni vendues, ni partagées de quelque manière que ce soit par les Parties de la Promotion ou des tiers, sauf si le participant a expressément accepté de recevoir des informations supplémentaires ou du matériel promotionnel du Sponsor ou d’un tiers, ou dans le cadre d’une liste des gagnants de la Promotion, si et dans la mesure requise par les lois locales. Nous utiliserons les informations fournies par les participants dans le cadre de leur participation. Les participants disposent de droits en vertu des lois applicables en matière de protection des données (y compris le RGPD dans l’UE), notamment le droit d’accéder à leurs informations personnelles, de les rectifier ou de les effacer, ainsi que de restreindre certains traitements ou de s’y opposer. (ii) Die Haftung für mittelbare Schäden, Folgeschäden, reine Vermögensschäden, entgangenen Gewinn, Nutzungsausfall, Datenverlust und immaterielle Schäden ist im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ausgeschlossen.

(iii) Soweit die Haftung der Gewinnspielparteien nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, ist sie der Höhe nach auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt.

(iv) Zwingende gesetzliche Haftungsbestimmungen, insbesondere nach dem Konsumentenschutzgesetz, bleiben unberührt.

Für Einwohner Deutschlands: Die Gewinnspielparteien, ihre jeweiligen Muttergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen, Tochtergesellschaften, Händler, Werbe- und Promotionagenturen sowie die jeweiligen leitenden Angestellten, Direktoren, Mitarbeiter und Vertreter der Vorgenannten haften nach Maßgabe dieser Offiziellen Regeln ausschließlich nach den nachstehenden Bestimmungen:

(i) Die Gewinnspielparteien haften für jede fahrlässige Verletzung von Pflichten, deren Erfüllung für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags wesentlich ist, deren Verletzung die Erreichung des Vertragszwecks gefährdet und auf deren Einhaltung die Teilnehmer vertrauen dürfen. In diesen Fällen ist die Haftung der Gewinnspielparteien auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt. Gleiches gilt für Pflichtverletzungen der Erfüllungsgehilfen der Gewinnspielparteien.

(ii) Die vorstehenden Haftungsausschlüsse und -beschränkungen gelten nicht bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Die Haftung nach dem deutschen Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.

Jede weitergehende Haftung der Gewinnspielparteien ist dem Grunde nach ausgeschlossen.

2. ZEITRAUM: Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 24. Juli 2026 um ca. 9:00 Uhr US-Pazifikzeit („USPT“) und endet um 9:00 Uhr USPT am 8. September 2026 (der „Gewinnspielzeitraum“). Die dafür bestimmte Computeruhr des Sponsors ist das offizielle Zeitmessgerät des Gewinnspiels. Teilnehmer des Gewinnspiels außerhalb der USPT-Zeitzone müssen die entsprechende Ortszeit ihres Landes beachten.

Wird beispielsweise ein Ridge Portemonnaie Matte Black 6061-T6 AI Powder Coat gekauft (aktuelle UVP: $95 US, $115 CA, £79, $129 AU, €89), erhalten Sie 95 Einträge. Die Anzahl der Einträge, die Sie erhalten, richtet sich nach dem USD-Listenpreis Ihres teilnahmeberechtigten Kaufs (ohne Umsatzsteuer und Versandkosten), abzüglich etwaiger Gutschriften oder Rabatte, aufgerundet auf den nächsten ganzen Eintrag. Käufe mit einer Geschenkkarte sind nicht zum Erhalt von Einträgen berechtigt; ein Kauf, der den Wert der Geschenkkarte übersteigt, ist jedoch auf Grundlage des nach Anwendung der Geschenkkarte auf den gekauften Artikel verbleibenden Restbetrags zum Erhalt von Einträgen berechtigt. Multiplikator-Zeiträume: Zusätzlich zur ursprünglichen Berechnung der Einträge wie oben beschrieben und den Bonuseinträgen gemäß der obigen Tabelle führen überraschende „Multiplikator-Zeiträume“, die während des Gewinnspielzeitraums auf der Website angekündigt werden, zu einem zusätzlichen Bonuseintragsmultiplikator für alle Produkte. Multiplikator-Zeiträume sind entweder 2X-Multiplikatoren oder 10X-Multiplikatoren, wie bei der Ankündigung auf der Website angegeben.

Während eines Multiplikator-Zeitraums erhaltene Bonuseintragsmultiplikatoren werden nicht mit Produktboni kombiniert. Multiplikator-Zeiträume haben Vorrang vor etwaigen Produktboni für die betreffenden Produkte wie oben beschrieben. Beispielsweise führt der Kauf einer Wasserflasche während eines 2x-Multiplikator-Zeitraums weiterhin zu den mit dem Produktbonus verbundenen 4x Einträgen, ein zusätzlicher 2x-Eintragsmultiplikator wird jedoch weder angewendet noch mit diesem kombiniert. September 2026 um 17:00 Uhr USPT führt ein (menschlicher) Vertreter des unabhängigen Drittanbieter-Administrators mit Sitz in West Norriton, PA, USA, eine zufällige, computergestützte Ziehung mithilfe eines Algorithmus durch, der eine Zufallsziehung simuliert, um aus allen gemäß diesen Offiziellen Regeln eingegangenen teilnahmeberechtigten Einträgen zwei (2) potenzielle Gewinner zu ermitteln.

5. GEWINNCHANCEN: Die Gewinnchancen hängen von der Gesamtzahl der für das Gewinnspiel eingegangenen teilnahmeberechtigten Einträge ab.

6. GEWINNERBENACHRICHTIGUNG/PREISANSPRUCH: Die potenziellen Gewinner werden innerhalb eines wirtschaftlich angemessenen Zeitraums nach der Ziehung per E-Mail (oder über andere Kontaktdaten) unter Verwendung der im Teilnahmeformular angegebenen Informationen benachrichtigt. 7. PREISE/PREISBESCHRÄNKUNGEN: Jeder Gewinner hat die Wahl zwischen einem Barpreis (wie nachstehend definiert) oder einem (1) der nachstehenden Fahrzeugpreise, sofern verfügbar. Jeder Gewinner wird gebeten, seine Preispräferenzen in einer Rangfolge anzugeben. Sponsor und Administrator entscheiden nach alleinigem Ermessen auf Grundlage der Präferenz-Rangfolge und des Zeitstempels des Eingangs der zurückgesandten Erklärung, welcher Preistyp welchem Gewinner zugeteilt wird. Der Sponsor wird versuchen, den bevorzugten Preis eines Gewinners zu berücksichtigen; alle diesbezüglichen Einzelheiten liegen jedoch im Ermessen des Sponsors. Vor der endgültigen Festlegung jedes Gewinners wird der Administrator diesen Gewinner kontaktieren, um den zu vergebenden Preis zu bestätigen (falls es sich nicht um die erstplatzierte Präferenz handelt), und der Gewinner hat die Möglichkeit, den Preis abzulehnen.

Die Preisoptionen sind:

Ein (1) Bronco-Preis steht im Gewinnspiel zur Gewinnerauswahl zur Verfügung.

Die Gewinner geben ihre Präferenz hinsichtlich des Preistyps in ihrer Erklärung an. Wird der Barpreis gewählt, muss der Gewinner keine Rangfolge der verfügbaren Fahrzeuge angeben. Bevorzugt ein Gewinner einen Fahrzeugpreis, wird er gebeten, in der Erklärung eine Rangfolge der Fahrzeuge anzugeben. Wählen BEIDE Gewinner einen Fahrzeugpreis, berücksichtigt der Sponsor die von den Gewinnern angegebene Rangfolge der Fahrzeuge sowie den Zeitstempel des Eingangs der jeweiligen Erklärung beim Sponsor und bestätigt jedem Gewinner den verfügbaren Preis, damit der Gewinner seine endgültige Zustimmung erteilen kann. Wählt einer oder wählen beide Gewinner den Barpreis, erhält jeder Gewinner den von ihm gewählten Preis.

Der Gesamt-ARV aller im Gewinnspiel verfügbaren Preise beträgt bis zu $380.000 USD / ca. $539.165 CAD / £284.170 / $547.515 AUD / €333.038. Eine etwaige Differenz zwischen dem tatsächlichen Wert eines Preises und dem angegebenen ARV (sofern dieser unter dem tatsächlichen Wert liegt) aufgrund von Wechselkursen und/oder Unterschieden in der lokalen UVP wird nicht ausgezahlt, soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig. Bedingungen für die Fahrzeugpreise: Farbe, Ausstattungspaket, Werksoptionen und sonstige Einzelheiten eines Fahrzeugpreises werden vom Sponsor festgelegt; weitere Optionen sind nicht verfügbar. Der Gewinner muss über eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis verfügen und vor Inbesitznahme des Fahrzeugpreises einen aktuellen gültigen, in seinem Wohnsitzgebiet ausgestellten Führerschein sowie den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Versicherungsnachweis (soweit im Wohnsitzgebiet des Gewinners anwendbar) vorlegen; die Nichtvorlage kann zum Verfall des Fahrzeugpreises führen. Der Gewinner ist verantwortlich für alle mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Gebühren, die von seinem Wohnsitzgebiet verlangt werden, einschließlich aller Kosten für Eigentumsübertragung, Zulassung, Versicherung, Registrierung, anfallender Steuern oder Gebühren, Auslieferungs- und Bearbeitungsgebühren sowie sonstiger mit einem Fahrzeug verbundener Gebühren, einschließlich etwaiger Reise- und Transportkosten im Zusammenhang mit der Abholung des Fahrzeugpreises sowie des für den Betrieb des Fahrzeugs erforderlichen Kraftstoffs. Alle sonstigen Kosten, die hierin nicht ausdrücklich als Teil des Preises genannt sind, gehen zu Lasten des Gewinners. Der Sponsor oder sein Beauftragter veranlasst die Eigentumsübertragung des Fahrzeugs auf den Gewinner vor der Auslieferung. Ein Fahrzeugpreis wird dem Gewinner vom Sponsor an einem einvernehmlich vereinbarten Ort und an einem vom Sponsor nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen festgelegten Datum übergeben. Preise sind nicht übertragbar; Barauszahlungen, Gegenwerte oder Ersatzleistungen sind ausgeschlossen, außer nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen des Sponsors. Preisdetails und Verfügbarkeit können sich aufgrund von Umständen ändern, die dem Sponsor nicht zuzurechnen sind, und unterliegen den geltenden Regeln und Beschränkungen. Sollte ein von einem Gewinner ausgewählter Fahrzeugpreis nach alleinigem Ermessen des Sponsors nicht mehr verfügbar sein – außer in Fällen, in denen diese Nichtverfügbarkeit dem Sponsor zuzurechnen ist –, wird dieser Fahrzeugpreis durch den Barpreis in Höhe von $100.000 USD ersetzt, und eine etwaige Differenz im Wert des Preises wird nicht ausgezahlt. Preise werden „WIE BESEHEN“ und ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung vergeben (einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, jeglicher stillschweigender Gewährleistung der Marktgängigkeit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck). Die ARVs der Preise basieren auf den dem Sponsor vorliegenden verfügbaren Informationen, und der Wert eines an einen Gewinner vergebenen Preises kann, soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, für Steuerzwecke gemeldet werden.

Die Gewinner (unabhängig vom Wohnsitzland) sind allein verantwortlich für alle anfallenden Steuern auf Bundes-, Staats-, Provinz-, Territorial- und/oder lokaler Ebene sowie für alle sonstigen Gebühren oder Kosten im Zusammenhang mit den erhaltenen Preisen, unabhängig davon, ob diese ganz oder teilweise genutzt werden. Ist ein Gewinner in den USA ansässig, muss er dem Sponsor vor der Vergabe des Preises eine gültige Sozialversicherungsnummer zu Steuermeldezwecken mitteilen. Ist der Gewinner in den USA ansässig, wird ein IRS-Formular 1099 auf den Namen dieses Gewinners über den tatsächlichen Wert des erhaltenen Preises ausgestellt. Ist ein Gewinner in Kanada ansässig, wird ein IRS-Formular W-8 BEN auf den Namen des Gewinners über den tatsächlichen Wert des erhaltenen Preises ausgestellt.

Nicht beanspruchte Preise verfallen. Preise, die innerhalb der hierin festgelegten Fristen ordnungsgemäß beansprucht werden, werden vergeben. Die Gewinnspielparteien sind nicht verantwortlich für verlorene, beschädigte oder gestohlene Preise oder für Preise, die unzustellbar sind oder den Gewinner aufgrund einer falschen oder geänderten Adresse nicht erreichen, und ersetzen diese nicht. Nimmt ein Gewinner den gesamten Preis nicht an oder nutzt ihn nicht vollständig, verfällt der nicht angenommene oder nicht genutzte Teil des Preises, und die Gewinnspielparteien haben keine weiteren Verpflichtungen in Bezug auf diesen Preis oder Preisteil. Die Gewinnspielparteien sind nicht verantwortlich für eine etwaige Differenz zwischen dem tatsächlichen Wert der Preise zum Zeitpunkt der Vergabe und dem in diesen Offiziellen Regeln oder in gewinnspielbezogener Korrespondenz oder Materialien angegebenen ARV, und der Gewinner erhält diese Differenz nicht. 8. ALLGEMEINES: Soweit nach dem im Wohnsitzgebiet des Gewinners geltenden Recht zulässig (z. B. österreichisches Recht für österreichische Gewinner, kanadisches Recht für einen kanadischen Gewinner, deutsches Recht für einen deutschen Gewinner, irisches Recht für irische Gewinner und das Recht des Vereinigten Königreichs für UK-Gewinner, wofür der Sponsor eine gesonderte, im Einklang mit der DSGVO und dem anwendbaren Datenschutzrecht stehende und jederzeit widerrufliche Verzichtserklärung und Einwilligung einholen wird), räumt jeder Gewinner hiermit den Gewinnspielparteien und ihren jeweiligen Rechtsnachfolgern, Abtretungsempfängern, Unterlizenznehmern und Beauftragten ausdrücklich das unwiderrufliche Recht ein, seinen/ihren Namen, Social-Media-Namen, sein/ihr Abbild (fotografisch oder simuliert), Bild, seine/ihre Stimme, Biografie und seinen/ihren Wohnort für alle Zwecke zu nutzen und zu veröffentlichen, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, zu Werbe-, Marketing-, Promotion- und Publizitätszwecken im Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel („Werbung“), in sämtlichen derzeit bestehenden oder künftig entwickelten Medien, weltweit, zeitlich unbegrenzt, ohne jegliche Benachrichtigung, Genehmigung oder Vergütung jedweder Art oder Höhe, mit Ausnahme der Vergabe der Preise an die Gewinner. Alle Urheber-, Marken- oder sonstigen Rechte des geistigen Eigentums an dieser Werbung stehen dem Sponsor und/oder seinen Lizenzgebern zu, und jeder Gewinner verzichtet hiermit, soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig, auf jegliche Rechtsansprüche an dieser Werbung. Soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig, unterliegt diese Werbung der alleinigen Kontrolle des Sponsors und/oder seiner Lizenzgeber, und jeder Gewinner verzichtet hiermit auf jegliche Ansprüche auf Kontrolle über den Werbeinhalt sowie auf etwaige Ansprüche wegen Missbrauchs des Namens, Bildes, Abbilds oder der Stimme des Gewinners aus Vertrag, unerlaubter Handlung oder einer sonstigen Rechtsgrundlage, soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig.

Soweit nach dem Recht des jeweiligen Rechtsgebiets zulässig, übernehmen die Gewinnspielparteien keine Verantwortung für Störungen des Gewinnspiels, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf den Ausfall oder die Unterbrechung einer Social-Media-Plattform oder eines Internetdienstanbieters. Im Falle einer Abweichung oder Unstimmigkeit zwischen Angaben und sonstigen Aussagen in Gewinnspielmaterialien und den Bestimmungen dieser Offiziellen Regeln haben diese Offiziellen Regeln Vorrang und sind maßgeblich. Sollte der Sponsor durch ein außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegendes Ereignis an der Fortführung des Gewinnspiels gehindert werden, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Feuer, Überschwemmung, Epidemie, Erdbeben, Explosion, Arbeitskampf oder Streik, höhere Gewalt oder Handlungen von Staatsfeinden, Kommunikations- oder Geräteausfälle, Unterbrechungen der Versorgung oder von Dienstleistungen, Aufruhr oder zivile Unruhen, terroristische Bedrohungen oder Aktivitäten, Krieg (erklärt oder nicht erklärt), Eingriffe in das Gewinnspiel durch Dritte oder Gesetze, Anordnungen oder Vorschriften einer Bundes-, Staats-, Provinz-, Territorial-, Kommunal- oder lokalen Regierung, Anordnungen eines Gerichts oder einer Gerichtsbarkeit oder eine sonstige Ursache, die vernünftigerweise nicht der Kontrolle des Sponsors unterliegt (jeweils ein Ereignis oder Vorkommnis „höherer Gewalt“ („Force Majeure“)), ist der Sponsor berechtigt, das Gewinnspiel oder den Preis zu ändern, auszusetzen oder zu beenden. Der Sponsor behält sich zudem das Recht vor, nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen das Gewinnspiel zu ändern, auszusetzen oder zu beenden, sollten außerhalb der Kontrolle des Sponsors liegende Ursachen die Verwaltung, Integrität, den Betrieb, die Sicherheit oder den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf des Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen oder stören. Dieses Recht ist auf Fälle beschränkt, in denen ein wichtiger Grund vorliegt. Dies gilt, wenn dem Sponsor die Fortführung des Gewinnspiels aufgrund von Umständen außerhalb seiner Kontrolle unter Berücksichtigung der Interessen der Teilnehmer vernünftigerweise nicht zugemutet werden kann.

9. VERHALTEN: Die Gewinnspielparteien sind nicht verantwortlich für Handlungen von Teilnehmern im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel, einschließlich Versuchen von Teilnehmern, die Offiziellen Regeln zu umgehen oder anderweitig die Verwaltung, Sicherheit, Fairness, Integrität oder den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf des Gewinnspiels zu beeinträchtigen. Für Einwohner Österreichs und Deutschlands: Ansprüche des Sponsors auf Schadensersatz oder Erstattung von Rechtskosten aufgrund eines Verstoßes eines Teilnehmers gegen diese Offiziellen Regeln richten sich nach dem anwendbaren österreichischen bzw. deutschen Recht.

10. HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNGEN UND VERZICHTSERKLÄRUNGEN: Wenn Sie Einwohner der Provinz Québec sind, gilt dieser Abschnitt für Sie nicht, soweit er die Haftung des Sponsors für die Folgen seines eigenen Handelns oder des Handelns seines Vertreters beschränkt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, übernehmen die Gewinnspielparteien keine Verantwortung oder Haftung für: (a) verlorene, verspätete, gestohlene, nicht zugestellte, ungenaue, unvollständige, verzögerte, fehlgeleitete, beschädigte oder verstümmelte Registrierungen, Einträge, URLs oder E-Mails; (b) falsche oder ungenaue Teilnahmeangaben oder fehlerhafte oder fehlgeschlagene elektronische Datenübertragungen; (c) unbefugten Zugriff auf oder Diebstahl, Zerstörung oder Veränderung von Einträgen oder Registrierungen zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt des Betriebs dieses Gewinnspiels; (d) technische Fehlfunktionen, Ausfälle, Fehler, Auslassungen, Unterbrechungen, Löschungen, Defekte, Betriebsverzögerungen oder Ausfälle von Kommunikationsleitungen, unabhängig von der Ursache, in Bezug auf Geräte, Systeme, Netzwerke, Leitungen, Kabel, Satelliten, Server, Computer oder Anbieter, die in irgendeinem Aspekt des Betriebs des Gewinnspiels genutzt werden; (e) Unzugänglichkeit oder Nichtverfügbarkeit des Internets, der Website, einer gewinnspielbezogenen Website oder einer Kombination davon oder Fehlfunktionen, Ausfälle oder Schwierigkeiten von Computerhardware oder -software oder sonstige Fehler oder Schwierigkeiten jeglicher Art – ob menschlicher, mechanischer, elektronischer, computer-, netzwerk-, typografie- oder druckbezogener oder sonstiger Natur – in Bezug auf oder im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, Fehler oder Schwierigkeiten, die im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung des Gewinnspiels, der Verarbeitung von Einträgen, Social-Media-Beiträgen oder Registrierungen, der Bekanntgabe der Preise oder in sonstigen gewinnspielbezogenen Materialien auftreten können; oder (f) Verletzungen oder Schäden bei Teilnehmern oder Schäden am Computer einer anderen Person, die mit einem Versuch der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel zusammenhängen oder daraus resultieren können. Sollte das Gewinnspiel (oder ein Teil davon) aus irgendeinem Grund nicht wie geplant durchgeführt werden können – unter anderem aufgrund einer Infektion durch Computerviren, Manipulation, unbefugter Eingriffe, Betrugs, technischer Ausfälle oder sonstiger Ursachen, die die Verwaltung, Sicherheit, Fairness, Integrität oder den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf dieses Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen oder beeinflussen können –, behalten sich die Gewinnspielparteien das Recht vor, nach alleinigem Ermessen das Gewinnspiel ganz oder teilweise abzubrechen, zu beenden, zu ändern oder auszusetzen. Im Falle einer Beendigung vergeben die Gewinnspielparteien die Preise in einer Zufallsziehung aus allen nicht verdächtigen, teilnahmeberechtigten Einträgen, die bis zum Zeitpunkt dieser Maßnahme für das Gewinnspiel eingegangen sind.

Für Einwohner Österreichs und Deutschlands: Die Haftung richtet sich ausschließlich nach den in diesen Offiziellen Regeln enthaltenen länderspezifischen Bestimmungen und nach Maßgabe des österreichischen bzw. deutschen Rechts. Das Recht des Sponsors, das Gewinnspiel wie oben beschrieben abzubrechen, zu beenden, zu ändern oder auszusetzen, ist auf Fälle eines wichtigen Grundes gemäß dem vorstehenden Abschnitt 8 beschränkt. Der Sponsor kann eine Person disqualifizieren, wenn objektive und nachprüfbare Anhaltspunkte für einen Verstoß gegen diese Offiziellen Regeln vorliegen. Dies umfasst unter anderem die Manipulation des Teilnahmeprozesses oder störendes Verhalten. Eine solche Entscheidung erfolgt nach billigem Ermessen.

Einwohner von Québec, die einen Eintrag eingereicht haben, werden über Änderungen dieser Offiziellen Regeln mindestens 30 Tage vor deren Inkrafttreten informiert und können die Änderung ablehnen und ihre Teilnahme innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Inkrafttreten dieser Änderungen durch schriftliche Mitteilung an den Sponsor beenden.

11. FREISTELLUNGEN: Alle Teilnehmer stellen als Bedingung für die Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel und soweit gesetzlich zulässig die Gewinnspielparteien sowie deren jeweilige Direktoren, leitende Angestellte, Mitarbeiter, Vertreter, Rechtsnachfolger und Abtretungsempfänger (zusammen die „Freigestellten Parteien“) von jeglicher Haftung, Ansprüchen, Kosten (einschließlich Anwaltskosten), Verlusten, Schäden, Geldbußen oder Klagen jeglicher Art wegen Verletzungen, Tod, Schäden oder Verlusten an Personen oder Eigentum frei, halten sie schadlos und entschädigen sie, soweit diese ganz oder teilweise, unmittelbar oder mittelbar im Zusammenhang mit Folgendem entstehen können: (i) der Teilnahme an einem Aspekt des Gewinnspiels (einschließlich der An-/Abreise zu/von einer Gewinnspielaktivität), (ii) dem Erhalt, dem Eigentum, der Nutzung oder dem Missbrauch des vergebenen Preises, einschließlich damit verbundener Reisen, (iii) der Verletzung von Publizitäts- oder Persönlichkeitsrechten durch die Freigestellten Parteien, Ansprüchen wegen Verleumdung oder Darstellung in falschem Licht oder aufgrund von Ansprüchen wegen Verletzung geistigen Eigentums, (iv) dem Registrierungsmaterial des Teilnehmers auf einer zugehörigen Website oder (v) typografischen, menschlichen oder sonstigen Fehlern beim Druck, Angebot, der Auswahl, dem Betrieb oder der Bekanntgabe einer Gewinnspielaktivität und/oder eines Preises.  Diese Bestimmung gilt nicht für Einwohner Deutschlands.

12. ANWENDBARES RECHT UND STREITIGKEITEN:  Wenn Sie Einwohner der Provinz Québec sind, gilt dieser Abschnitt für Sie nicht. Alle Fragen und Angelegenheiten betreffend die Auslegung, Gültigkeit, Interpretation und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser Offiziellen Regeln oder die Rechte und Pflichten der Teilnehmer, des Sponsors oder der Freigestellten Parteien im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel unterliegen dem internen Recht des Bundesstaates Kalifornien, USA, und werden nach diesem ausgelegt, ohne Anwendung von Rechtswahl- oder Kollisionsnormen (des Bundesstaates Kalifornien oder einer anderen Rechtsordnung), die zur Anwendung des Rechts einer anderen Rechtsordnung als des Bundesstaates Kalifornien führen würden. Klagen auf rechtlichen oder billigkeitsrechtlichen Rechtsschutz, die sich aus dem Gewinnspiel oder diesen Offiziellen Regeln ergeben oder damit zusammenhängen, sind ausschließlich vor den Gerichten des Bundesstaates Kalifornien zu erheben. MIT DER TEILNAHME AN DEM GEWINNSPIEL ERKLÄRT SICH DER TEILNEHMER DAMIT EINVERSTANDEN, DASS, SOWEIT NACH GELTENDEM RECHT ZULÄSSIG: (A) SÄMTLICHE STREITIGKEITEN, ANSPRÜCHE UND KLAGEGRÜNDE, DIE SICH AUS DEM GEWINNSPIEL ODER EINEM VERGEBENEN PREIS ERGEBEN ODER DAMIT ZUSAMMENHÄNGEN, EINZELN UND OHNE RÜCKGRIFF AUF JEGLICHE FORM DER SAMMELKLAGE BEIGELEGT WERDEN; (B) SÄMTLICHE ANSPRÜCHE, URTEILE UND ZUSPRECHUNGEN AUF DIE TATSÄCHLICH ENTSTANDENEN, AN DRITTE GEZAHLTEN AUSLAGEN (FALLS VORHANDEN) BESCHRÄNKT SIND, HÖCHSTENS JEDOCH AUF ZEHN DOLLAR ($10,00), WOBEI IN KEINEM FALL ANWALTSKOSTEN ZUGESPROCHEN WERDEN ODER ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIG SIND; (C) DER TEILNEHMER UNTER KEINEN UMSTÄNDEN BERECHTIGT IST, STRAFSCHADENSERSATZ SOWIE ERSATZ FÜR NEBEN-, FOLGE- ODER BESONDERE SCHÄDEN, ENTGANGENEN GEWINN UND/ODER SONSTIGE SCHÄDEN ZU ERHALTEN – MIT AUSNAHME TATSÄCHLICHER AUSLAGEN VON HÖCHSTENS ZEHN DOLLAR ($10,00) –, UND DER TEILNEHMER HIERMIT WISSENTLICH UND AUSDRÜCKLICH AUF ALLE RECHTE VERZICHTET, SOLCHE ANSPRÜCHE GELTEND ZU MACHEN, SOWIE AUF JEGLICHE RECHTE AUF VERVIELFACHUNG ODER SONSTIGE ERHÖHUNG VON SCHADENSERSATZ; UND (D) DIE RECHTSBEHELFE DER TEILNEHMER AUF EINEN ANSPRUCH AUF GELDSCHADENSERSATZ (FALLS VORHANDEN) BESCHRÄNKT SIND UND DER TEILNEHMER UNWIDERRUFLICH AUF JEGLICHES RECHT VERZICHTET, UNTERLASSUNGS- ODER BILLIGKEITSRECHTLICHEN RECHTSSCHUTZ ZU BEGEHREN. EINIGE RECHTSORDNUNGEN LASSEN DIE BESCHRÄNKUNG ODER DEN AUSSCHLUSS DER HAFTUNG NICHT ZU, SODASS DIE VORSTEHENDEN BESTIMMUNGEN MÖGLICHERWEISE NICHT FÜR SIE GELTEN.

Für Einwohner Kanadas, der Republik Irland und des Vereinigten Königreichs: Die vorstehende Rechtswahl und Gerichtsstandsvereinbarung entzieht den Teilnehmern nicht den Schutz zwingender gesetzlicher Bestimmungen, auf die nach dem ansonsten anwendbaren Recht nicht verzichtet werden kann. Nichts in diesen Offiziellen Regeln ist dahingehend auszulegen, dass eine Haftung des Sponsors für Betrug, Tod oder Personenschäden, die durch Fahrlässigkeit des Sponsors verursacht wurden, beschränkt oder ausgeschlossen wird. Ferner berührt nichts in diesen Offiziellen Regeln die gesetzlichen Rechte eines Teilnehmers.

Für Einwohner von Québec: Streitigkeiten über die Durchführung oder Organisation des Gewinnspiels können der Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux zur Entscheidung vorgelegt werden. Streitigkeiten über die Vergabe eines Preises können der Régie nur zum Zweck der Unterstützung der Parteien bei der Erzielung einer Einigung vorgelegt werden.

Für Einwohner Österreichs und Deutschlands: Ungeachtet des Vorstehenden behalten Teilnehmer mit Wohnsitz in Österreich/Deutschland den Schutz zwingender Bestimmungen des österreichischen/deutschen Rechts. Teilnehmer können Klagen vor den zuständigen Gerichten ihres Wohnsitzes in Österreich/Deutschland erheben. Nichts in diesen Offiziellen Regeln beschränkt oder schließt gesetzliche Rechte von Teilnehmern mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland aus. Die hierin festgelegten Beschränkungen von Rechtsbehelfen und Schadensersatz (insbesondere die Schadensersatzobergrenze von $10,00, der Verzicht auf Sammelklagen und der Ausschluss von Anwaltskosten) gelten nicht für Teilnehmer mit Wohnsitz in Österreich/Deutschland. Stattdessen richten sich Ansprüche auf Schadensersatz und Kostenerstattung nach österreichischem/deutschem Recht, einschließlich der in Abschnitt 1 festgelegten Bestimmungen.

13. TEILNAHMEDATEN UND GEWINNSPIELKOMMUNIKATION:  Personenbezogene Daten der Teilnehmer des Gewinnspiels (einschließlich Name, Adresse und sonstiger Informationen) werden vom Sponsor und von Dritten, die im Auftrag des Sponsors handeln, zum Zweck der Durchführung dieses Gewinnspiels und der Einhaltung geltender Gesetze, Verordnungen und Vorschriften verarbeitet. Sofern in diesen Offiziellen Regeln nichts anderes angegeben ist, werden die für dieses Gewinnspiel erhobenen Daten ausschließlich zum Zweck der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung des Gewinnspiels und der Gewinnerbenachrichtigung verwendet und von den Gewinnspielparteien oder Dritten in keiner Weise weiterverwendet, verkauft oder weitergegeben, es sei denn, der Teilnehmer hat sich ausdrücklich für den Erhalt zusätzlicher Informationen oder Werbematerialien vom Sponsor oder einem Dritten entschieden oder die Daten werden im Rahmen einer Gewinnerliste des Gewinnspiels veröffentlicht, sofern und soweit dies nach lokalem Recht erforderlich ist. Im Falle einer Abweichung zwischen der Datenschutzrichtlinie des Sponsors und diesen Offiziellen Regeln sind diese Offiziellen Regeln maßgeblich.

14. SONSTIGES:  Die Ungültigkeit oder Undurchsetzbarkeit einer Bestimmung dieser Offiziellen Regeln berührt nicht die Gültigkeit oder Durchsetzbarkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen. Ebenso gilt: Wird eine Bestimmung dieser Offiziellen Regeln in einigen Rechtsordnungen, nicht aber in anderen, für ungültig oder undurchsetzbar erachtet, bleibt diese Bestimmung in den Rechtsordnungen, in denen sie gültig und durchsetzbar ist, gültig und durchsetzbar. Wird eine Bestimmung der Offiziellen Regeln für ungültig oder anderweitig undurchsetzbar oder rechtswidrig befunden, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen in Kraft und werden gemäß ihrem Wortlaut so ausgelegt, als wäre die ungültige oder rechtswidrige Bestimmung hierin nicht enthalten. Das Versäumnis des Sponsors, eine Bestimmung dieser Offiziellen Regeln durchzusetzen, stellt keinen Verzicht auf diese Bestimmung dar. Die Teilnehmer verzichten auf jegliche Rechte, sich auf eine Mehrdeutigkeit dieser Offiziellen Regeln zu berufen. Überschriften dienen lediglich der leichteren Bezugnahme und werden nicht so ausgelegt, dass sie die Bedeutung oder den Zweck der Dokumente oder einer ihrer Bestimmungen in irgendeiner Weise berühren. Im Falle einer Abweichung oder Unstimmigkeit zwischen Angaben oder sonstigen Aussagen in gewinnspielbezogenen Materialien, Datenschutzrichtlinien oder Nutzungsbedingungen auf einer Website, Social-Media-Plattform oder Anwendung und/oder den Bestimmungen der Offiziellen Regeln haben die Offiziellen Regeln Vorrang und sind maßgeblich, und die Abweichung wird nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen des Sponsors geklärt.
