Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.

• Customized Wallets can not be returned and are non-refundable. At this time Customized Wallets are only available for purchase on our United States site.

• For all approved Exchanges we process your free domestic return shipping label via a prepaid label, and will ship your new order free of charge. 

• We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

• Additional Return shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return is only authorized using a Ridge prepaid Return Label.

• All returns must be from a verified Ridgewallet.eu order. The Ridge does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Ridgewallet.eu. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

• The Ridge does not price match with dealers or competitors.
