I have had my ridge wallet for about six years now. I have not had it ever break or fail on me, and I have carried it daily with me.
Documentation that the company has for replacing some of the parts is easier to follow.

I have the Ridge Wallet - Cyber. The money band frayed and was soon to snap/break. Ridge was excellent honoring the warranty and quickly shipping replacement part, tools, and directions. Amazing and I will continue to use and recommend Ridge.
Relatively easy to replace and great quality.
I’ve been using the Ridge wallet and key holder for a few years and love both. Sadly, I lost my accessories of screws and the screwdriver back in January in the Eaton Fire in Altadena, CA. The Ridge customer service came to the rescue with not only the parts but with compassion over my loss. Very few companies are on this list so, many thanks for that and fantastic products, too!!!
