Geldband Kit

I had a small issue with a product I bought (I was probably at fault to be clear) and Ridge stood behind their product and got me everything I needed to make it right. It was quick and easy. I was impressed for sure.

I required a replacement for the elastic band, and the experience was entirely seamless. Beyond being smooth, the submission was swift and straightforward. Because my wallet was a gift, I lacked the receipt, yet I provided the original box and the other requested details.

I needed replacement straps after 6+years. I messaged Ridge and had them within one week. Very pleased

Replacement screws worked perfect.

My ridge completely came apart. all of the screws came out one by one. Instead of just throwing it away, I sent an email and the responded pretty quickly. I received a package with screws and screwdriver pretty soon afterwards
