Return Policy

We want you to love your Ridge products, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 99 days. Returns are free for EU customers with a digital prepaid return label. You’ll just need to print the label and drop off your package.

Your order number starts with an REU and can be found in your:

  • Order Confirmation Email
  • Shipping Confirmation Email
  • Ridge Account

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible for you! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated through our returns portal within 99 days of your purchase.

  • Condition: Items should be in usable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 business days once processed.

  • Exchanges: We’ll ship exchanged items for free after your return is approved.

Shipping Labels

EU Customers:

  • You’ll receive a free prepaid return label to send your item(s) back.

International Customers: 

  • Customers returning items purchased on the Ridge US website are ineligible to receive a free return label. A return label with tracking must be provided to Ridge by the customer to ensure a full refund for returned items.

  • Note: Returns without tracking can’t be refunded.

A Few Extra Things to Know

  • Non-Ridge Items: Be sure to only send Ridge products – Ridge is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-Ridge items will be disposed of.
  • Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to get a full refund.

  • Ineligible Items: Warranty claim orders aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue with your return label or shipping, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

  • Verified Ridge Orders: All returns must be for verified https://ridgewallet.eu/ orders. For purchases from authorized dealers, contact them directly.
