Great product, outstanding customer service
My Ridge Power Bank unfortunately stopped working while I was in Hawaii. I contacted Ridge while I was still there, submitted the requested form and photos, and stayed in consistent contact with their customer service representative throughout the process. By the time I arrived back home from Hawaii, my replacement was already waiting for me. Ridge truly stood behind their product and warranty. Excellent service and a company I feel confident buying from again.

Better than energizer!
This power bank has been my saving grace. It’s a little slow on mag safe charging, but connected.. felt like 15 minutes and my phone was charged. I highly recommend if you’re camping or get stranded without a charger somewhere. Thank you Ridge!
