Schraubenset

I required a replacement for the elastic band, and the experience was entirely seamless. Beyond being smooth, the submission was swift and straightforward. Because my wallet was a gift, I lacked the receipt, yet I provided the original box and the other requested details.

I needed replacement straps after 6+years. I messaged Ridge and had them within one week. Very pleased

Replacement screws worked perfect.

My ridge completely came apart. all of the screws came out one by one. Instead of just throwing it away, I sent an email and the responded pretty quickly. I received a package with screws and screwdriver pretty soon afterwards

All the parts necessary. Thanks , thought I’d have to buy a new one. Hope to get many more years out of this repair. The new screws were essential, thanks.
