I was a happy customer with my carbon fiber Ridge wallet for about 4 years. Over the last year I noticed some of the screws falling out and I had lost the replacements. The wallet got to the point to where it needed to be replaced and I reached out to Ridge for a replacement and they did it with no problems. Very happy with a customer service and warranty of this company
